This Privacy Policy explains how EasyTelling ("EasyTelling", "we") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects the personal data of users ("you") of the easytelling.ai website and of the forms and services offered on it. We process your data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 — "LGPD").

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for processing your personal data is EASYTELLING IA TECNOLOGIA LTDA, registered under CNPJ 53.699.573/0001-11, with its registered office at Avenida Paulista, 1471, suite 511, Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, ZIP 01311-927.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Data you provide in forms (contact and newsletter): name, email, company/organization, phone (when provided) and the content of the message you send us.
• Data collected automatically as you browse: IP address, device and browser type, and access logs, generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and operational purposes.

The website does not use advertising trackers (such as ad pixels) or marketing cookies. See the Cookies section below.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• To respond to enquiries and requests sent through the forms — legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (art. 7, V and IX, LGPD).
• To send communications and our newsletter, when you subscribe — legal basis: consent (art. 7, I), which may be withdrawn at any time.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and operate it — legal basis: legitimate interest and compliance with legal obligations (art. 7, II and IX).

4. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers (processors) that handle it on our behalf and under our instructions, strictly to operate the website:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — website hosting, database and infrastructure.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmations and contact messages).

We may also disclose data where required by law, court order or a competent authority.

5. International transfer

Some of the processors above may process and store data on servers located outside Brazil. In such cases, we adopt the safeguards set out in the LGPD to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data.

6. Cookies

We use only cookies strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site (for example, those used by the Firebase infrastructure). We do not use advertising, behavioral-analytics or third-party tracking cookies. You may set your browser to block cookies, understanding that this may affect how parts of the site work.

7. How long we keep data

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Once the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is permitted by the LGPD.

8. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure. No system is completely secure, but we continuously work to mitigate these risks.

9. Your rights as a data subject

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may at any time request:

• confirmation that processing exists and access to your data;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data;
• data portability to another provider, where applicable;
• deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent;
• information about parties with whom we have shared your data;
• withdrawal of consent.

10. Children

The site is intended for a professional, adult audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents.
